Miskos and Christmas Trees
East Arcadia Trading is operated by Brandon and Mary Misko, members of Mater Dei Parish in Irving, TX. Besides selling Christmas Trees, Brandon teaches Chemistry, AP Chemistry, Physics, and Horticultural Science at Founders Classical Academy in Lewisville and Mary (mostly) stays home with their children.
East Arcadia’s Story:

In 2011, after working at a large, very pricey nursery, Brandon decided that people should be able to buy quality Christmas trees for a reasonable price. The next year, just after we got engaged, we started our Christmas tree business. That year we were a little ambitious, ordered too many trees and ended up with about 100 trees left over. Fortunately, we were able to turn them into beautiful coasters to decorate for our wedding and now are able to see them in all of our friend’s houses!

Since then we have continued to bring beautiful Fraser tress from North Carolina to Irving to be enjoyed for the Christmas season. Our children (six and one on the way so far) have aided or hindered this enterprise to the best of their abilities.
